58000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 58000 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 58000 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the 58000 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 58000 platform. This platform is offered exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Malaysian law.
The effective date of these Terms is as shown at the top of this document. 58000 reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time with reasonable notice to registered users.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To use the 58000 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Owning multiple accounts under a single identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login information with anyone. 58000 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that the account was accessed without authorisation and without any negligence on your part.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 58000 immediately through the provided support channels. 58000 reserves the right to suspend the account for investigation during that period.
Identity verification information submitted during registration or the account verification process must be truthful and valid. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 58000 platform, you agree to use it solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure as well as appropriate legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or influence game outcomes through unauthorised means.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activities.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
- Using another person's account information without valid authorisation.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia while using this platform.
58000 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 58000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include FPX online banking via major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and Public Bank, as well as Touch 'n Go eWallet and direct bank transfer.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account in accordance with the processing times of your chosen payment method. 58000 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.
For withdrawals, users are required to have completed the prescribed account verification process. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 58000 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
58000 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security review or compliance purposes. Where any discrepancy or suspicious activity is identified, 58000 may request additional verification documents before approving the withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability, Account Closure & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. 58000's total liability to any user in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
58000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or actions that compromise the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining balance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 58000 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of 58000 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from 58000.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The 58000 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. 58000 is not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
